In the BBM Group Chat last night, a masquerader told us how she was robbed at Soca Monarch, while her friends looked on!
She said, that the perps "raised her arm, removed her bag..." and her friends stood there did nothing and basically said, "it's because you are white!"
Now, clearly, this is utter madness. Fortunately she was not harmed, but, should her friends have done something?

This is totally sad that her friends did not attempt to do anything. This is why I never use those bags strung across myself. And worse yet, they were in SOCA MONARCH! Ghetto beyond ghetto!
