What and HOW NOT to Eat!

Here we are, one day before the beginning of October, 5 months to go for Carnival, and while there is still time for you to become one with the machines at the gym and fine tune your body, I feel it's necessary that many of you need to understand this.

I love Pancakes, but, if you eat this many small pancakes in one sitting everyday, well you might as well be eating this size everyday

Understand that just because you are a gym brat that does not mean you are to eat like this:  These pics were taken while I was watching Man v. Food show.

Here we have the 2 lb donut, which does not look very large, but a small bucket was used to cut the dough.  It has enough dough to create a dozen donuts.

This pic is of the largest cinnabun, it weighs 3.5 lbs, with it's almost pound of icing sugar at a restaurant called Lulu's a few feet from The Alamo in The Lonestar State known as Texas weighing in at 3.5 lbs.

Now ladies, surely you see that even though you may not eat these examples in one sitting, many of what you snick snack on during the day can very well add up to the amount of fat, carbs and calories in just any of the pics posted.  You might as well just take the fat and place it directly around your heart and hips and thighs, tummies etc.

Do make wise eating decisions, PLEASE!  Not just for Carnival, but for all throughout the year.
