Carnival Angels Network on the Case

The Carnival Angels Network received an email and here it is:

I don't know if this is part of your service, BUT, I don't want to bring my boyfriend to Trini with me, basically, he will HOLD ME BACK!  Now, what should I do?

And also, what would you suggest for Monday Wear?  I am not playing with YUMA, but still, I hope you can help?

Now, being a single woman, I cannot imagine what it must be like for those of you who are in such a situation where you feel your significant other will HOLD YOU BACK!  However, I would have to say, "DO NOT BRING SAND TO THE BEACH!"   But seriously, if you and your man have been together for a while and he still has not come to terms of your love for your Carnival and all that entails, then by all means leave that "situation" at home, and by home I don't mean in the hotel, but in the country where you are traveling from.

If your band isn't providing Monday Wear, there are lots of options, and I do mean LOTS!  I don't wanna put up other people's pics, however here is a pic of some friends 2010....

Observe how NEITHER of them used any pieces of their COSTUME!  COSTUMES are for TUESDAY! At least in my masquerading opinion, unless you are in two sections and one costume for each day.
Now these ladies are wearing "casual Monday Wear" as I refer to it.  Some others opt for some of the stripping wear, that's aplenty!
