Fight tha flab



Ahhh fitness. Strong core, strong heart, flexible joints etc. Important for your life in general, lets face it, you won't be a spring chicken forever, also important for carnival. Guys, women saying they doh want tuh wine on no Buddha bellies and I ain't mad at them. I like to look good clothed, naked or anywhere in between in addition to staying healthy physically. Hypertension? No thanks. Arthritis? Uh uh. Yea its great to work out and look good for carnival but do it for yourself as well.

Its proven that regular excersize will lengthen your life and keep you healthy so put down the potato chips check your diet (nutrition is even more important than excersize), and sweat regularly. Your health is your greatest wealth they say so as you get older do those cholesterol tests, test your blood pressure and your blood sugar etc. you don't have anything to lose but a whole lot to gain. The endorphines released during a work out will improve your mood and give you a sense of well being; great if you suffer from depression.

I wanna be surrounded by sexy female six packs this carnival and firm glutes and arms as well as liming with fellow hard bodied bretherins on tha road so if you haven't started on your quest for a sexy carnival body and a better life then time ta get poppin'.
